Prototype parts were produced for the 11SR body, to test production technologies and quality.
One side panel was selected, to be assembled from a number of components.
Each component was produced by means of 3-axis milling of the production mould, and taking a product by means of hand lay-up and vacuum infusion of the resin.
The materials for production of the body panels will differ from the prototype part, after evaluation of strength and stiffness of the assembled part.
